I’ve had lower back pain, severe neck pain along with hip and upper back pain since I was around 13 from varying injuries in sport. Since going to Miriam 4 weeks ago(7/8 sessions) I now have no pain at all anywhere in my body. Walking long distances and doing basic tasks is now far easier for me and it is a new sense of freedom without always being in some kind of pain. The aches I had have disappeared thanks to Miriam identifying the many problems i had and listening to her advice and doing the exercises and stretches I’ve been told to do makes day to day life far easier

I started my sessions with Phoebe approximately 2 months ago mainly for pelvic and lower back pain which had become chronic over the last few months. From the start, Phoebe took interest in my overall health history. She explained how everything works and the way chiropractic care can be helpful. I also had pain in my shoulders and neck. Alongside the adjustments Phoebe has been doing needling in my shoulders to help the pain, and this has completely transformed how I feel. I like that this clinic has an interest in nervous system and incorporates it into their care. They have an app that makes it easy to keep track of appointments, documents, and exercise guide. The reception/admin staff are also friendly and always manage your appointments seamlessly.

Update October 2026: Following the 16-week programme I have continued to attend monthly sessions with Sashlyn. Sashlyn truly knows what’s she’s doing. I feel at ease when being treated, and we always have a good natter. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else.Signed up to a 16 week programme this week. Appointments I’ve had so far have gone well. Too early to tell if they’ve had a positive impact but Sylvia is very thorough and knowledgeable. Also friendly, welcoming and makes me laugh. The clinic itself is fabulous. Reception welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend as a chiropractic clinic.

Cannot recommend enough!I had been struggling with my shoulder a lot due to having a desk job, I have had 12 appointments under Phoebe’s care and even from the first appointment I noticed a difference.Phoebe has been professional and caring throughout our time and appointments, she is very thorough and explains everything she is doing and why.This is such a friendly and welcoming clinic and would recommend to anyone 🙂

My 3 visit to see Phoebe with my shoulder and feeling so much better.After having physio and doing the exercises and still having lots of pain and them saying about having a injection. I decided to see what someone else could do.It was the best thing I decided to do can't thank them enough.Also make you feel at ease.I've been seeing Phoebe for a while now and I'm doing so much better with my shoulder but also has helped with headaches and going through the menopause. Also Phoebe has been treating my husband who was diagnosed with FND and is making real progress 👏This lady is one in a million and say that Phoebe and the clinic is fantastic can't thank you enough.

My therapist, Didi is absolutely amazing! 60 minutes of ‘pain’ somehow gives me a whole month of relief. Didi always finds exactly where the tension is, even evicting some particularly stubborn knots that had been living rent-free in my back for far too long! And the great chats along the way somehow manage to put both the world and life to rights. I always leave feeling so much better, in every sense. Brilliant care, real expertise, and worth every wince! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am a pharmacist suffered with back ache for more than 6 months, I tried postures, physio and conventional medicines, no help so wanted to try alternative therapy and started treatment with Liverpool Chiropractic. I have seen improvement from the first visit, couldn’t believe myself with the result! Good about this practice are friendly professional team, well trained sports therapists, excellent patient-centred approach, and chiropractor with fantastic skills and long opening timings. I couldn’t ask for better.! I recommended this practice to my family and advise all my patients for chiropractic now!

This practice has a great way of working, from initial call to treatment. Checking on you after sessions. Good advice from people who clearly know their stuff and are professional.
